If something's not working in the app — your check-in failing, your program looking weird, anything — generate a support snapshot below and send it to me. I'll look at exactly what you're seeing and fix it.

Paste the snapshot into an email along with a short description of what's going wrong.

⏱ Step 3 — Wait for a reply
I personally read every support email. Premium Coach and Lifetime members get same-day replies. Everyone else, within 48 hours. I'll respond with a fix or a workaround as fast as possible.
